Welcome to the Ice Box Sports Center!

It's no real mystery why the Ice Box Sports Center has become a major venue for such a wide range of family oriented activity since its inception in 1972. Throughout its history the facility has been locally owned and operated by the Norian family.

Through its growth and development, the Ice Box has become far more than just a skating rink. It's really more of a true 'community' center, offering a place for people to come together to enjoy sports and of other activities within the expansive and comfortable confines of its 100,000-square-foot structure.

Today,  it's not unusual to see second and even third generation Ice Box patrons practicing and competing on the same ice that their parents and grandparent skated on back when the facility first opened its doors.

Although hockey and figure skating certainly dominate the action throughout the complex, visitors can expect to find a variety of other activities such as birthday parties, fund raisers, open skating and corporate events there, too. Space is also available at certain times of the year to use for meetings and other community or family functions.
